Athlete Achievements
|
Adam Wynia, AGT client and instructor, finished sixth at the recent TapeMark Charity event, one of
the top ProAm's in the state, wearing the Active Golf Training logo.
Joel Johnson, playing under the AGT banner,
reached the finals of the MGA Mid Players Match Play. Joel, with his playing partner Curt Carbaugh, co-founder
of AGT, won the Four-Ball event two years ago. Joel has become one of the top playing amateurs in the state.
Emily Kvidera, former AGT client, now attending Augustana College in South Dakota on a golf scholarship, won the Division
2 NSIC Conference championship by 12 shots. Taylor Auman, also a former AGT client now attending Concordia College in
St. Paul, finished fourth.
In the final results of the 2010 Class
AAA Boys State Tournament, The Elk River Team with a strong second day showing led by Chase Hahne's 70. Chase finished
tied for sixth with a 147 for the two day event followed closely by teammates Alex Kline with a 154 and brother Conrad Hahne
with a 159.
On the girls AAA Class, Dani DelGreco of Grand Rapids turned in a strong second day performance shooting
a 78 and finished tied for 18th. Other top performances were turned in by Eryn Olson of Bloomington Jefferson,
alone at 26th, McKaila Granning, Elk River tied for 27th, and Taylor Fontaine tied for 31st.

Chase Hahne, Elk River, was ranked number
one male high school golfer by the Minnesota Golf Association in the week before the 2009 high school golf season ended .
Chase trained this past winter with Phil Meyer, AGT's golf pro, at our Links at NorthFork location.
Elk River won a second Northwest Suburban meet in the same week at Fox Hollow with a team score of
295
Joe Lillo of St. Croix Lutheran was medalist in a dual meet at Keller GC, his second medalist
honor in recent weeks
Mike Trost shot a 73 to earn medalist honors and lead his Totino
Grace team to victory ina 7 team match at Victory Links GC in Blaine
